How We Work?

Here’s our usual flow, so you always know what’s next:

  1. Brainstorm – We align on your direction, vibe, and goals

  2. Content Strategy & Planning – We’ll send you a structure or concept based on your request

  3. Approval – You review and approve the plan

  4. Creation – We bring it to life

  5. Revision – If needed, we adjust based on feedback

  6. Final Delivery – Your visuals go live or get fully handed over

If you're only booking content planning & strategy, we’ll wrap up after the Approval stage.

Turnaround Time

Once we’ve received all assets and details, you can expect a 2–7 business day turnaround per item — depending on complexity and revisions.

If you’re booking an SMM package, turnaround time will be discussed based on volume, platform, and content type.

This is the part where you do the admin so we can do the magic.
Some of it’s basic, some of it’s technical — just vibe through it.
We’re right here if anything’s confusing.

The General Form is a must-fill (non-negotiable, sorry…)
If you booked other services, go ahead and fill the specific forms too.
Only booked content strategy? Then General is all you need!

File Handling & Privacy

You made it this far — I’m proud of you.
We’re finally at the end of your onboarding journey (no more forms, promise).
Now let’s talk about files, folders, and how we keep your stuff safe.

You can either:

  • Share a folder from your own Google Drive, or

  • Request a private folder managed by me under your project.

Don’t worry — all your assets will be removed after the project is completed.

If you need to send sensitive information, I’ll provide you with an encrypted document that self-destructs in 7 days.

We don’t keep your sensitive data. Your safety and privacy?
That’s our priority — not just a legal checkbox.
